I’m a Nutritional Therapist based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire with a passion for helping women feel their best through simple, sustainable changes. I believe good nutrition goes beyond food; it’s about supporting your energy, hormones and overall well-being in a way that fits real life.

My approach is all about balance. I’ll help you understand what your body needs, build confidence around food choices and find easy, enjoyable ways to nourish yourself.

Eating well doesn’t have to be complicated, restrictive or stressful. In fact, it can be simple and deeply nourishing. My mission is to help you discover how small, practical changes can make a big difference to your health, energy and everyday life.
