I provide personalised nutrition support and guidance to women at all stages of their life. My aim is to help you feel energised, balanced and confident in your health.
How can I help you?
I know firsthand how challenging it can be to juggle the demands of everyday life while still trying to look after your health. It can often feel overwhelming, leaving little time to prioritise your own needs.
That’s why I take a realistic and sustainable approach to nutrition that fits around you and your lifestyle.
My programmes are tailored to your individual goals, circumstances and lifestyle so they feel achievable and sustainable rather than restrictive or overwhelming. They’re designed to fit into your daily routine. Whether you’d like to address a particular health concern, feel more energised or work towards longer-term well-being, I provide guidance that is personal to you rather than a one-size-fits-all solution.
As your nutritional therapist, my aim is to empower you with the knowledge, tools and confidence to make lasting changes that have a meaningful impact on your health, energy, and quality of life.

Get in Touch
Book a complimentary 20-minute discovery call to take the first step towards feeling your best. This is a chance for us to discuss your health concerns and see how personalised nutrition support could help.
It’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.
Preparation work
In advance of our first session I will ask you to complete a health and nutrition questionnaire and 3-day food diary.
This will give me a clearer picture of your current nutrition behaviours and medical history. This information is key to getting to the root cause of your health issues.
Initial Consultation
The initial consultation lasts 90 minutes and involves taking a detailed case history.
Following this, I will provide a personalised plan with tailored dietary and lifestyle recommendations, supplement guidance, sample meal ideas and recipe guidance.
Follow-up Consultations
Follow-up sessions are 45 minutes long and usually scheduled 4-6 weeks later and give us a chance to review your progress and make any necessary adjustments. These sessions help keep you on track.
The number of follow-ups will depend on your individual needs which we can discuss in our first discovery call.
Working Together
To gain the most benefit, I recommend a minimum of three sessions over a 2–3-month period. This allows us to identify the root cause of your health concerns, introduce and refine your dietary and supplement needs and monitor your progress. Regular reviews provide the opportunity to make gradual, sustainable changes, helping you to establish new habits and achieve the best long-term results.
Frequently Asked Questions
What nutritional qualifications do you have?
I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist, having trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London for 3 years.
I’m registered with the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP) and the General Naturopathic Council (GNC) , which means I adhere to strict professional and ethical standards. I keep my knowledge up to date through regular continuing professional development.
Do I have to be plant-based to work with you?
Not at all. While I personally follow a plant-based diet, my role as a nutritional therapist is to support you as an individual and not to impose my own way of eating onto you.
I work with clients who eat in many different ways, whether that includes meat, fish, dairy or a fully plant-based approach.
What matters most is creating a way of eating that suits your lifestyle, health needs and personal preferences. My training covers all dietary patterns, so I can help you make balanced choices whether you’d like to eat more plants, adapt your current diet or simply feel confident that you’re meeting your body’s needs.
Ultimately, my focus is on your wellbeing, not on promoting one way of eating for everyone.
Do you only work with women or a certain age group?
I work exclusively with women but of all ages and life stages. Some of my clients come to me in their 20s and 30s looking to build healthy foundations, while others are navigating hormonal changes such as perimenopause and menopause.
Whatever stage you’re at, my approach is tailored to your individual needs, helping you to balance hormones, boost energy and feel your best.
Do you recommend supplements?
For me, food always comes first. My priority is to help you get the nutrients you need from a balanced diet.
In some cases, supplements can be helpful. For example, if blood tests show a deficiency, or if specific health concerns would benefit from additional support.
I only recommend supplements when they’re truly appropriate for you, and I always suggest high-quality, evidence-based options which I can usually offer to you at a discount.
Can I book a one-off session instead of a package?
Yes. I offer a Health MOT session for those who want tailored advice without committing to a package.
It’s a great option if you’d like a nutrition review, support with a specific concern, or reassurance that you’re on the right track.
If you’d prefer more ongoing guidance, my packages are designed to give you continued support and accountability.
Do you offer online appointments?
Yes, I work with clients online as well as in person. Online sessions mean you can join from the comfort of your home, wherever you are, while still receiving the same level of personalised support.
Many clients find this flexible and convenient, especially when juggling busy schedules.
How many sessions will I need?
That really depends on your goals and what you’d like support with. Some people benefit from a one-off Health MOT for reassurance or quick guidance, while others find ongoing sessions more helpful to create lasting changes.
Most clients choose a package, as this allows us to build a plan, review progress and make adjustments over time, giving you the best chance of long-term results.
