Ready in minutes, this blueberry sorbet is not only delicious but packed with nutrients. It’s the perfect way to cool down and treat yourself on a hot day. What’s more, this sorbet is refined sugar free and only has 3 simple ingredients.
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. You might need to stop and start the blender a few times as the bananas can take a little bit of blending.
Once smooth, add to a bowl with some optional toppings and eat straightaway!
Notes
Feel free to sub in your favourite fruits if you don’t want to use blueberries. You could use strawberries or raspberries, for example.
I like to eat immediately. However, you can also put in the freezer to set and use later. It will be harder like this. You may want to take out of the freezer for 5-10 minutes before eating.
The recipe serves 2 but depending on your appetite, this could also make one large portion.
