These chocolate and cherry overnight oats are a great, easy breakfast you can prep the night before for easy weekday breakfasts. Full of goodness and a great flavour with over 10g of fibre per serving (without the toppings!) Use your imagination with the toppings and go for whatever is in season. I've used cherries and banana here but any seasonal fruit would work.
Add all the base ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix well.
Leave to set in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours. Serve with your choice of toppings.
