This recipe serves 2 easily and can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours if you don’t use it all at once. I wouldn’t recommend storing longer than this as many of the benefits can be lost.
I don’t peel the beetroots or the carrots and apples. Just wash well and scrub, if necessary, to get any dirt out.
